Hundreds of thousands of college football fans from around the country embark on Phoenix every January for bowl season. Proudly sporting their team colors and sharing in the spirit of friendly rivalries, fans inject the Valley with their love for the game of football. Semper Fidelis All-American Bowl athletes will have an opportunity to participate in a number of affiliated events during their time in Phoenix, taking part in one of the most exciting times of the year in the Valley of the Sun.
Fiesta Bowl Parade

Athletes will march in the annual Fiesta Bowl Parade, a time honored Valley tradition and one of only four parades televised nationally. Representing the bowl game and showcasing team pride, the athletes will march in front of 100,000 fans, visitors and Valley residents that line the two-mile parade route in central Phoenix to witness this spectacular celebration. This year’s parade, characterized by its theme, “Spirit of the Southwest”, will celebrate college football’s elite while capturing the enthusiastic spirit of those dedicated to supporting the volunteer-driven Fiesta Bowl both locally and nationally.

Athletes will have an opportunity to attend Arizona’s biggest and most exciting New Year’s Eve bash. Celebrating its 28th year, the Fiesta Bowl Block Party is a jam-packed evening of fun and entertainment for the entire family and the place to be for both locals and visiting fans come to celebrate New Year’s Eve.

Semper Fidelis Bowl athletes take the field and Athletes will take the field just prior to the game to take part in the flag rollout. The 40th Annual Tostitos Fiesta Bowl will be played at University of Phoenix Stadium and telecast on ESPN.
